Global Sleep Problems

Sleepy, seems to be filled with every day of modern life, sleep less sleepy, sleep more sleepy, don't sleep more sleepy, more and more people feel sleep false sleep, a big problem " sleepy" emerged, sleep problem gradually rise to the global public health problem.

Sleep deprivation increases the risk of a variety of chronic diseases, cardiovascular disease, depression, metabolic disease, mental illness, obesity and cancer may be caused by long-term sleep deprivation (.  Nearly a third of people in China suffer from severe sleep deprivation, according to the 2015 China sleep index report.  China's youth sleep status report 2017, released by the China sleep research institute, also points out that the sleep status of young people in China is more worrying. of the 60,000 people surveyed ( ranging from 10 to 45 years old ): overall, 76 percent said they had difficulty sleeping and 24 percent said they had good overall sleep status, compared with only 11 percent of the 24 percent who thought they could sleep in the morning.  Only 5.6 % of the respondents were full of energy after waking up, and 91 % felt false sleep.

Irregular work and rest will become hidden in the human body " time bomb", and a good night's sleep has become the hope of young people.  But how much sleep do humans need?  More and more scientific research shows that the amount of sleep an individual needs every day may vary from person to person.
