What is non woven fabric?

Nonwoven cloth, also known as non-woven fabrics, is composed of directional or random fibers. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties.


Nonwoven fabrics are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light, non-flammable, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, colorful, cheap, recyclable and so on. For example, polypropylene (pp) granules are used as raw materials, and are produced by high temperature melting, spinning, laying, hot-pressing and coiling.


Non-woven fabrics are made by wet or dry papermaking machine with water or air as suspension medium, including chemical fibers and plant fibers. They are called non-woven fabrics because they are cloth without textiles. Non-woven fabric is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with strong, breathable and waterproof, environmental protection, flexibility, non-toxic and tasteless, and cheap advantages. It is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with water repellent, breathable, flexible, non-combustion, non-toxic, non-irritating, colorful and other characteristics. If the material is put outdoors and decomposed naturally, its longest life is only 90 days. It can be decomposed indoors within 8 years. When burned, it is nontoxic, harmless and thus does not pollute the environment. Therefore, environmental protection comes from this.
